Shriram Balaji Developers & Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., looking at today's situation and the rush, fighting, pollution happening in other big cities, felt that people should get such a residence where there is pure air, pure water and pollution free environment. With a view to realizing this vision, "Kuchaman Valley" scheme is being developed full of greenery, so that the people living here can breathe fresh air. The main road of 80 feet to enter Kuchaman Valley from Kishangarh Mega Highway has been completed, around which electric poles and green trees have been planted. To enter the scheme, only one huge main gate has been made from the point of view of security. Along with this, it has been secured with boundary wall from all sides. A Bank (Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank) has also started at the main gate itself. Due to having a bank, the people living here are getting full benefit of loan and banking facilities. At present, about 80 families have started living here, they are enjoying the facilities, greenery and natural environment here.
Looking at the religious faith, a huge temple of Sai Baba has been built here with a height of 60 feet and a Navagraha temple has also been established, in which a special religious atmosphere is created in the form of a fair on every Sunday and Thursday, in which devotees participate with devotion. People enjoy the religious fair, a large number of people from outside also participate in it. A Sai Food Plaza and Party Hall has also been constructed near the temple, in which people living here can organize small parties or get togethers here. A huge and modern park has also been developed adjacent to the temple, in which morning walk track and swings and chairs etc. have been installed for children and elders. At night the park is illuminated with solar lights. There would be no shortage of water in the scheme in future, it has been seriously thought here, for which a huge rain water harvesting system has been developed in 23 bighas. Today, this collected rain water has emerged as a boating point, an entertainment center of Kuchaman. Along with this, a 12 MW solar power plant has been installed. When it comes to medical facilities, special attention has been given in this scheme, under which the state government has given land for the BCMHO office and got the office constructed here. A dispensary is also going to start soon in this office.
As many as 848 flats have been built in the township under the Rajasthan government's participatory housing scheme, which is in the final stages for possession. In terms of education, it is proposed to set up an Institutional Education Hub in 13 bighas of land. Plots are also being given in the scheme, which people can get constructed according to their own. The whole scheme here is loanable from the bank and completely approved on the basis of government rules. For security purposes, CCTV cameras have been installed in the entire area, including parks, temples, main gates, main roads, etc. A control room has also been set up to keep complete control over all these areas. Along with this, separate guards have also been arranged. Since there is a mega highway right at the exit from the scheme, the bus stand and railway station are also only 5 km away from here.
In the same order, the construction of (G+9) flats is going on at a fast pace under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The entire Kuchaman Valley project is approved under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, in which subsidy of 2.67 lakh is available as per rules on housing construction. Loan facility from 75 percent to 90 percent is available by the banks on the purchase of plots and villas in the entire project.
